How to bulk up muscle, specificly on the chest?
My physique is very natural and defined. And for the most part well proportioned but I just cant seem to bulk up my chest. Im not trying to be a model or a body builder or anything like that, I just want my chest to match the rest of my build.

bulk up as in making it bigger? get lots of protein hit the bench do pushups do tricep press and any other chest workout as often as possible.

You just need to do high weight low reps. Do 3 sets of 6-8 or 8-10 reps. That’s the best technique to bulking up, doing more reps is mainly for toning. The last few reps should be difficult to execute, go up in weight if not. Doing push ups or just using you body weight for exercises will just build strength and not muscle mass so just focus on using weights and you’ll get bigger. It takes a lot of time though so be patient. Do a wide variety of chest exercises to target the entire area of your pecs.
